Market conditions, agent follow-up, pricing, and consumer behavior are outside our control.Refund PolicyBecause services begin immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final.If lead delivery has not begun within 15 days of purchase due solely to our failure to activate or deploy the service, you may submit a written refund request. All examples, projections, or references to potential outcomes are illustrative only and not promises of performance.User ResponsibilitiesYou represent that you are properly licensed to conduct real estate activity in your selected market and that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including advertising, disclosure, and consumer protection regulations.You are solely responsible for how leads are contacted, followed up, and managed.Prohibited UseYou may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or share leads outside your licensed entity without written permission. Abuse of the system, fraud, or misuse of data may result in immediate termination without refund.Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.Intellectual PropertyAll site content, branding, systems, and materials are owned by the company and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or reused without written consent.ModificationsWe reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
